About the Role
- Provide walk-up, phone, and email helpdesk support to staff, students, and parents.
- Perform hardware repairs, part replacements, and device re-imaging.
- Maintain accurate inventory records for devices, spares, and consumables.
- Contribute to team documentation and participate in ongoing training.
- Assist with broader school-wide IT projects and maintenance.
Job Details
- Hours: Full-time, 5 days/week (8:00 AM – 4:00 PM)
- Rate: Casual rate at $38.00/hour
- Location: On-site at McKinnon Secondary College
